Doctor at your hotel in Dubai, 24/7
Feeling unwell in a Dubai hotel? A DHA-licensed doctor comes to your room at any hour, including weekends and public holidays, examines you and gives you a printed prescription. A visit is from AED 199, and you receive an itemised invoice and a medical report for your insurer.
How a hotel visit works
Send us the hotel name and your room number on WhatsApp (+971 52 770 5407), together with the service you need and a preferred time. You can also use the booking form on this website or call the same number. You then receive a WhatsApp confirmation with the clinician's name and estimated arrival time.
The doctor checks in at reception with a DHA licence and ID, then comes to your room. In most of Dubai a clinician is at your door within 60 minutes of confirmation; the exact time depends on traffic and clinician availability.
In the room the doctor takes your history, checks your vital signs and examines you, then explains the diagnosis. If needed, treatment starts on the spot, for example an injection or IV fluids, or you are referred for tests or imaging.
To book, send us:
- The hotel name and your room number
- The service you need (a doctor visit, a nurse, a lab test or an IV drip)
- A preferred time
Common reasons visitors call us
Hotel guests and short-stay visitors usually have no family doctor in the UAE and need a licensed doctor in the room the same day. The requests we hear most often are fever, flu, food poisoning and jet-lag related illness.
Stomach bugs are frequent in Dubai, especially among visitors and during the summer heat. The illness itself usually passes in one to three days; the real risk is dehydration, which comes fast when you cannot keep fluids down. A doctor can give an anti-nausea injection and start IV fluids if you are already dehydrated.
Our doctors also treat sore throat, cough, migraine, urinary infections, allergic reactions, rashes and minor cuts and sprains. Anything that needs an emergency room is redirected to 999.
Price and travel insurance
A Doctor On Call visit is from AED 199. The fee covers the consultation, physical examination, diagnosis and a printed prescription. Injections, IV fluids, tests or medication are quoted separately and only performed with your agreement.
We do not bill insurers directly yet. You pay at the visit and we give you an itemised invoice and a medical report, so you can claim reimbursement from your insurer according to your plan. Keep both documents with your travel-insurance claim.
You can pay by card (payment link or card terminal with the clinician) or in cash. There is no deposit and no interest or late fees.
Hotel districts we cover
We visit hotels and serviced residences across Dubai. The districts below have their own page with local details and the nearest emergency department. The times are typical off-peak estimates from our Arjan base; the ETA is confirmed on WhatsApp. If your hotel is elsewhere, message us the hotel name for a confirmed arrival time.
- Dubai Marina and JBR: tower access and parking, not the drive, are the main cause of delays, so tell us the nearest entrance.
- Downtown Dubai: for hotel visits we ask for the hotel's guest-entrance name and, where possible, arrange access with the concierge before arrival.
- Palm Jumeirah: hotel visits are announced at the front desk. Between 6 pm and 9 pm, trunk traffic can push arrival towards the top of the window.
- Al Barsha: hotels around Mall of the Emirates are typically 10 to 20 minutes from our base.
- Dubai Marina & JBR30–45 min
- Downtown Dubai25–45 min
- Business Bay25–45 min
- Jumeirah & Umm Suqeim20–35 min
- Palm Jumeirah30–45 min

Prescriptions and medication
Our DHA-licensed doctors issue prescriptions during the visit, and you receive a printed prescription. The prescription can be filled by a partner pharmacy with home delivery or by any pharmacy in the UAE.
Medication is quoted separately and only provided with your agreement.
Lab tests and IV drips in your room
If a test is needed, a DHA-licensed nurse collects your blood sample at your hotel with sealed kits. Collection is from AED 99, with each test panel priced on top. Most routine panels are reported within 24 hours; specialised tests take longer and we tell you the turnaround when you book. Results are sent to you electronically.
Hydration drips are given by a licensed nurse after a short medical screening, and a session takes about 45 to 60 minutes. IV Therapy is from AED 399, and each drip is listed with its own price in the products catalogue.
Call 999 or go to the nearest emergency department for chest pain, severe difficulty breathing, signs of stroke (face drooping, arm weakness, slurred speech), loss of consciousness, seizures, heavy bleeding, a severe allergic reaction or a serious injury. A home visit is for urgent but non-life-threatening care.
