About Medly
Medly Home Healthcare is a DHA-licensed home healthcare provider based in Arjan, Dubai. We send licensed doctors, nurses and phlebotomists to your home, office or hotel for consultations, IV therapy, lab tests and nursing care, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
All of Dubai, including Dubai Marina, JBR, Downtown, Business Bay, Jumeirah, Palm Jumeirah, JVC, Arjan, Al Barsha, Dubai Hills and Mirdif. We also dispatch same-day visits to Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and Ajman. Arrival times outside Dubai are confirmed at booking.
Booking & arrival
Yes. Our care coordinators answer calls and WhatsApp messages around the clock, and clinicians are dispatched at night, on weekends, during Ramadan and on public holidays at the same price.
In most of Dubai a clinician is at your door within 60 minutes of confirmation. The exact time depends on traffic and clinician availability; we send the clinician's name and estimated arrival time on WhatsApp before they leave.
Three ways: the booking form on this website, WhatsApp on +971 52 770 5407, or a phone call to the same number. Tell us the service, your address and a preferred time. You receive a WhatsApp confirmation with the clinician's name and ETA.
Yes. We regularly treat guests in hotel rooms and holiday apartments and see staff in offices across Dubai. Give us the hotel or building name and your room or floor number; the clinician announces themselves at reception.
Doctors & nurses
Yes. Every doctor and nurse holds an active licence from the Dubai Health Authority (DHA), or from the health authority of the emirate they practise in, and is covered by professional medical insurance. Licence numbers can be shared on request before the visit.
Our care coordinators are bilingual in English and Arabic, and we can request an Arabic-speaking or English-speaking clinician when you book.
Pricing & insurance
A Doctor On Call visit starts from AED 199. The fee covers the consultation, physical examination, diagnosis and a printed prescription. Injections, IV fluids, tests or medication are quoted separately and only performed with your agreement.
Lab at Home starts from AED 99 for sample collection, with each test panel priced on top. IV Therapy starts from AED 399 and individual drips are listed with their price in our products catalogue. Nurse at Home starts from AED 100 per visit. All prices are in AED and confirmed before booking.
Not through direct billing yet. You pay at the visit and we give you an itemised invoice and a medical report so you can claim reimbursement from your insurer according to your plan. Direct billing with insurers is planned.
By card (payment link or card terminal with the clinician) or in cash at the visit. There is no deposit and no interest or late fees.
Services
The doctor takes your history, checks vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, oxygen, pulse), examines you and explains the diagnosis. You get a printed prescription and, if needed, on-the-spot treatment such as an injection or IV fluids, a referral for tests or imaging, and a follow-up check-in within 7 days.
Fever, flu and colds, sore throat and sinus infections, cough, food poisoning, vomiting and diarrhoea, dehydration, migraine, urinary infections, allergic reactions, rashes and skin infections, minor cuts and sprains, blood-pressure and diabetes follow-ups, and COVID-19 care. Anything that needs an emergency room is redirected to 999.
Yes. Our DHA-licensed doctors issue prescriptions during the visit, and the prescription can be filled by a partner pharmacy with home delivery or by any pharmacy in the UAE.
Samples are collected at home by a nurse and processed by a DHA-licensed partner laboratory. Most routine panels (blood count, lipids, HbA1c, vitamins, thyroid) are reported within 24 hours; specialised tests take longer and we tell you the turnaround when you book. Results are sent to you electronically.
Yes. Hydration, vitamin, immunity, energy, NAD+ and recovery drips are administered at home by a licensed nurse after a short medical screening. A session takes about 45 to 60 minutes. IV therapy starts from AED 399; each drip is listed with its own price in the products catalogue.
Yes. Our doctors see children and adults of all ages at home, and our nurses provide elderly care, post-surgery care, wound dressing, catheter care and medication management. A baby under 3 months with a fever should go straight to an emergency department.
Safety & emergencies
Clinicians arrive in uniform with an ID badge and sealed, single-use equipment, and follow DHA infection-control standards. You receive the clinician's name and photo before the visit, and every visit is documented in a medical report.
Call 999 or go to the nearest emergency department for chest pain, severe difficulty breathing, signs of stroke (face drooping, arm weakness, slurred speech), loss of consciousness, seizures, heavy bleeding, a severe allergic reaction or a serious injury. A home visit is for urgent but non-life-threatening care.
